Patricia, the only survivor of the infamous Camp Blood Masacre, agrees to return to the site of her earlier trauma in order to help with the production of a film which is being made about those terrible events. However, once she arrives she soon notices that the cast are beginning to disappear one by one. What is going on? Surely the Clown couldn't be back for second helpings .... or could he?
