Double bill of animated escapades based on the popular comic strip characters from cult magazine Viz. In 'Roger Mellie the Man on the Telly' (1991), Roger (voiced by Peter Cook) is a foul-mouthed, lecherous alcoholic trying to make it as a smooth-tongued TV presenter, while 'Billy the Fish' (1991) features Harry Enfield as the voice of the footballing half-man, half-fish who dreams of playing for Fulchester United Football Club.
