Finally, Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) have done it: Daughter Stella sleeps long ago, a second baby is on the go and peace has returned in the neighbourhood. The ideal time to take the next step towards well-groomed citizenship. But just when they want to sell their house and move to the suburbs, a student connection suddenly comes in next door. And the girls of Kappa Nu make Teddy (Zac Efron) and his boys appear almost like dream neighbors in retrospect.
